Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled
fresh graduates Proposal Writing Specialist
to join our team. The primary focus of this role will be creating winning business proposals that clearly communicate our services and value to international and local clients. In addition, the candidate will actively contribute to lead generation efforts, leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn to identify prospects, engage potential clients, and build meaningful connections. They will also support the team by creating engaging email campaigns to generate leads, strengthen client relationships, and nurture long-term partnerships.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, has excellent writing skills, and understands how to convert opportunities into successful partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Proposal Writing:

  • Write
    clear, persuasive, and customized proposals
    for clients across various industries (local & international).
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations team to gather accurate technical and business details for proposals.
  • Structure proposals with proper
    introductions, scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and pricing models
    .
  • Maintain a
    proposal template library
    for faster and consistent proposal creation.
  • Continuously refine proposal strategies to increase
    conversion and client win rates
    .

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in
