Overview
We are hiring a
Head of International Sales
to establish and lead the International Sales Department, develop export markets for porcelain tiles and allied products, acquire international clients, and ensure successful execution of export orders in alignment with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the international sales strategy.
- Identify high-potential international markets and customer segments.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research for global positioning.
- Drive business development and client acquisition across target markets.
- Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade shows, and business forums.
- Oversee export documentation and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
- Liaise with Production, Supply Chain, QA, and Finance to ensure smooth execution of export orders.
- Manage export licensing and enrollments.
- Coordinate enrollment with relevant trade bodies, chambers, and procurement portals in target countries.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master's or Bachelor's in
Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field
. - 10–15 years of sales experience
, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior role in international/export sales (preferably in tiles, ceramics, or building materials). - Strong network of international contacts is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with
export processes, Incoterms, and trade compliance
