About the Role

We are hiring a Business Development Associate for one of our international clients. The role involves engaging with global chemical manufacturers, distributors, and buyers to generate leads, build relationships, and support the client's procurement and sales initiatives. You will be the first point of contact for many partners and play a key role in driving business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls and outreach to chemical manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors.
  • Introduce the client's platform and service offerings to potential partners.
  • Gather key product, pricing, and compliance information from suppliers.
  • Qualify leads, document interactions, and update CRM systems.
  • Support sourcing and procurement projects by coordinating with research and operations teams.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships to foster long-term collaboration.
  • Meet weekly and monthly KPIs related to outreach, engagement, and lead conversion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, telesales, or client engagement.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work with international clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and online research.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200, Rs220,000.00 per month
