Assistant Manager – Legal
at Shabbir Tiles & Ceramics Limited and play a key role in ensuring compliance, managing contracts, and providing strategic legal support.

Key Responsibilities :

· Ensure timely regulatory compliance (PSX, SECP, CDC).

· Manage contracts, permits, licenses & IP lifecycles.

· Oversee board/AGM matters & corporate documentation.

· Draft, review & negotiate agreements.

· Liaise with external counsel & manage litigation.

· Provide legal advice, training & draft policies/SOPs.

Requirements:

· LLB from a reputable institute.

· years' experience in corporate legal/contract management.

· Strong knowledge of contract law & compliance.

· Excellent drafting, negotiation & communication skills.
