Pesticides Company
is seeking a qualified and competent individual to join our finance team as an
Accountant
.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (
    B.Com
    ) from a recognized institution.
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
    in accounting, preferably within the
    agriculture or pesticides industry
    .

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficient in
    MS Office
    , particularly
    Excel and Word
    .
  • Sound understanding of
    accounting principles and financial reporting standards
    .
  • Experience with accounting software will be an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update financial records in compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare management reports.
  • Manage Inter Company Reconciliations, and bank reconciliations.
  • Assist in inventory accounting.
  • Support external and internal audits.
