Job Description:

We are seeking a Accountant with a strong background in the service industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with financial operations, proficient in using ERP systems, and capable of managing a range of accounting and financial reporting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Operations:

  • Perform monthly financial closing and generate detailed reports for management.
  • Manage and process payroll, including salary and withholding tasks.
  • Handle yearly financial transfers and related documentation.

Client & Vendor Management:

  • Create and issue client invoices, and follow up to ensure timely payments.
  • Communicate effectively with banks for all financial matters.

Record Keeping & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate project-wise accounting records.
  • Ensure all financial documentation is well-organized and easily accessible.

Qualifications:

  • Proven, hands-on experience with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage payroll, salary, and withholding tasks.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
  • Prior experience in the service industry is highly preferred.
  • BBA / MBA or any relevant education.
