Role Overview:

As a
Senior JavaScript Developer
at NextChainX, you will play a leading role in designing, developing, and testing decentralized applications (dApps) for
Solana
and
EVM ecosystems
. You'll work closely with blockchain engineers, product managers, and designers to bring innovative Web3 solutions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of modern web applications using
    , , , and MongoDB
    .
  • Build, test, and deploy
    dApps
    in
    Solana
    and
    EVM-compatible blockchains
    .
  • Integrate
    smart contracts
    with front-end and back-end systems using

    and related SDKs.
  • Collaborate with blockchain engineers to implement wallet connections, token interactions, and NFT features.
  • Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in coding, architecture, and project management.
  • Take ownership of projects and ensure delivery of
    secure, scalable, and high-performance
    applications.
  • Explore new tools, libraries, and technologies to push the boundaries of innovation in Web3.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional experience
    in full-stack JavaScript development.
  • Strong expertise in

    and

    for frontend development.
  • Proficiency in

    and
    MongoDB
    for backend and database management.
  • Hands-on experience with

    (or ) for blockchain interactions.
  • Experience in
    Solana ecosystem development
    (Metaplex, Anchor, Candy Machine, wallet integrations).
  • Familiarity with
    EVM-based development
    and DeFi/NFT ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and scalable application design.
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and collaborative development workflows.

Nice to Have:
