Role: technical marketing developer
Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Marketing Developer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will combine a developer's technical prowess with a marketer's strategic mindset to architect, implement, and optimize our marketing technology stack. Your expertise will be crucial for integrating data from Web3 sources, standardizing our analytics for Web2 platforms, and building advanced marketing automation workflows.
Responsibilities
Web3 Conversion Strategy: Design and implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies tailored for decentralized applications (dApps) and Web3 projects.
Google Analytics & Data Analysis: Implement and maintain Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for comprehensive, cross-platform data tracking. This includes tracking on-chain events and tying them to traditional marketing funnels to measure performance.
API Integrations (TypeScript): Develop and maintain robust, type-safe API integrations using TypeScript for key marketing channels, including:
Twitter: Automate campaign tracking, manage Twitter Spaces analytics, and pull real-time sentiment data.
Facebook: Build custom integrations for Facebook Ads and Messenger to sync user data and trigger automated follow-ups.
WhatsApp (Wapp): Develop integrations with the WhatsApp Business API for automated customer support and outbound messaging campaigns.
ElevenLabs: Create server-side or front-end logic to trigger voice generation for dynamic content or personalized audio messages via API.
Marketing Automation (n8n & ): Design, build, and manage complex, multi-step marketing and operational workflows using low-code/no-code platforms.
Integrate data from custom APIs (developed in-house) into n8n and to orchestrate campaigns.
Set up automated lead qualification, community engagement triggers, and analytics reporting.
Technical SEO and Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to ensure Web3-related content is discoverable and optimized. This may include on-chain data analysis and understanding decentralized identity.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless and data-driven customer journey.
Required skills
Programming: Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript.
Marketing Technology: Expert-level knowledge of Google Analytics and experience with API-first automation platforms like n8n and
Web3: Solid understanding of Web3 fundamentals, including blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, dApps, and common protocols.
APIs: Extensive experience integrating with social media APIs (Twitter, Facebook, WhatsApp) and AI services (ElevenLabs).
Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis skills and the ability to define and measure conversion metrics in a decentralized environment.
Communication: Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical requirements into strategic marketing actions.
Experience
Marketing Experience: 3+ years in a technical marketing, growth, or similar developer role.
Web3 Experience: Proven experience with Web3 projects, either professionally or through personal projects.
Analytics Experience: Track record of using analytics to drive improvements in marketing performance.
Integrations Experience: Portfolio of API integration projects, including examples of custom functionality built with TypeScript.
