We are seeking a talented and driven Website Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing website development projects from conception to completion, ensuring the delivery of exceptional websites that meet client requirements and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with Project Manager's to understand the client's website development needs and objectives.

  2. Develop project proposals, timelines, and budgets based on inhouse/client requirements and company capabilities.

  3. Coordinate with internal teams including designers, other developers, and content creators to execute website development projects efficiently and effectively.

  4. Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

  5. Act as the main point of contact for Project Managers, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing any concerns, and managing expectations.

  6. Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure websites meet client specifications, functionality requirements, and industry standards.

  7. Provide training and support to inhouse teams/clients on website maintenance, content management systems, and other related topics.

  8. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in website development and digital marketing.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field.

  2. Proven experience in website development, project management, or a related role.

  3. Strong understanding of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Wix).

  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.

  5. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.

  6. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

  7. Experience with project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
