Web Management & Development (Primary):

  • Manage, update, and maintain company websites, event pages, and digital content.
  • Develop and troubleshoot websites using CMS (WordPress or similar).
  • Ensure websites are mobile responsive, secure, and SEO optimized.
  • Design and upload banners, visuals, and event materials in coordination with the marketing team.
  • Monitor website traffic and performance through Google Analytics/Search Console and prepare reports.
  • Create landing pages or microsites for specific exhibitions.
  • Manage hosting, domains, backups, and website security.
  • Support digital campaigns by integrating websites with forms, emailers, and social media.

IT Support (Secondary):

  • Provide day-to-day IT support for staff (hardware, software, and network troubleshooting).
  • Set up and maintain office systems, emails, printers, and connectivity.
  • Ensure regular data backups and system security.
  • Support technical requirements during exhibitions/events (internet setup, digital displays, and networking).
  • Maintain records of IT assets, licenses, and updates.
