Multynet is seeking a highly driven and experienced GM Sales to lead and expand our sales operations in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for formulating sales strategies, driving business growth, leading the sales team, and ensuring achievement of revenue targets. Preference will be given to candidates with a strong background in the electronics industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure consistent performance and target achievement.
  • Identify new business opportunities and strengthen customer acquisition and retention.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to recommend business growth initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 3–5 years of proven sales experience; electronics industry experience will be strongly preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in sales strategy development and execution.
  • Ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and convert them into results.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
