Airwaves Media (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking a (Social Media Strategist - Team Leader) to join our Social Media News team in Karachi. This role requires a creative individual who can develop and execute performance and focused campaigns while ensuring consistent brand messaging and audience engagement.

Job Description:

  • Social Media Calendar Creation: Collaborate with the editor to conceptualize and plan monthly social media calendars aligned with ongoing campaigns, events, and brand goals
  • Posting & Scheduling: Manage and schedule posts across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and others, ensuring timely and strategic content distribution
  • Copywriting & Captioning: Write compelling social media copy, engaging captions, and concise messaging tailored to each platform's audience and voice
  • Design Coordination: Work closely with the design team to brief in visuals, track progress, and ensure creatives are aligned with the brand tone and calendar requirements
  • Carousel & Visual Post Creation: Have the capability to ideate and create basic carousel posts or storyboards using tools like Canva, Figma, or similar platforms
  • Engagement & Community Management: Monitor interactions, respond to basic queries and comments, and help foster a positive, engaging online community
  • Performance Tracking (Basic): Assist in tracking engagement, reach, and other KPIs through platform insights and share performance feedback with the team

Timings are from 10:00AM to 7:00PM Monday to Saturday

Salary Package:- PKR.100,000/= To PKR.130,000/= (Based on Experienced)
