Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager based in Lahore.

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies across multiple platforms. This includes creating engaging content, managing social calendars, analysing performance metrics, running paid campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand voice and engagement.

The role involves collaborating with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client goals and brand identity
  • Manage daily posting, community engagement, and audience interactions across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.)
  • Plan and oversee paid social campaigns and optimise for performance
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce high-quality visuals and copy
  • Analyse social media performance and prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations
  • Stay updated with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms
  • Maintain consistency in tone, aesthetics, and messaging across all digital channels

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a 
    Social Media Manager
     or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of all major social media platforms and content strategies
  • Experience in running and optimising paid campaigns (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Analytical ability to interpret data and report insights
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field
