Position Overview:

We are looking for a
Junior SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Executive

to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization. You will assist in implementing SEO strategies to improve our website's visibility, increase organic traffic, and support business growth.

Responsibilities:

Keyword Research and Analysis:

  • Assist in conducting keyword research to identify relevant and high-traffic keywords.
  • Analyze competitor websites to find opportunities for improvement.

On-Page Optimization:

  • Help optimize website content, meta tags, and headings for targeted keywords.
  • Support improvements in website structure and internal linking for better SEO performance.

Technical SEO:

  • Identify and report technical issues such as crawl errors, broken links, and page speed problems.
  • Ensure the website remains mobile-friendly and follows SEO best practices.

Off-Page SEO and Link Building:

  • Assist in executing link-building activities to acquire quality backlinks.
  • Help monitor backlinks and report any toxic or low-quality links.

Content Optimization:

  • Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly content.
  • Stay updated on content trends and Google's content guidelines.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Use SEO tools to monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and other key metrics.
  • Prepare regular reports to track progress and share insights with the team.

Learning and Growth:

  • Stay informed about new SEO trends, tools, and algorithm updates.
  • Continuously work on improving SEO knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

1 year of hands-on experience in SEO or digital marketing.

Basic knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.

Understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO fundamentals.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Eagerness to learn, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
