We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior SEO Specialist who can lead our SEO strategy and execution across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, with a deep understanding of Google's latest algorithms and ranking factors.

Role Overview

The Senior SEO Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve search rankings, and enhance overall website performance. The role demands a data-driven professional with a proven track record in achieving measurable SEO results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement end-to-end SEO strategies for company websites and e-commerce platforms.
  • Perform detailed technical SEO audits and fix issues related to indexing, crawling, and website structure.
  • Optimize on-page elements including metadata, headings, internal linking, and content structure.
  • Lead off-page SEO initiatives including link-building, outreach, guest posting, and partnerships.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools.
  • Stay updated on Google algorithm changes, SEO trends, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
  • Mentor junior SEO team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in SEO (on-page, off-page, and technical).
  • Strong knowledge of Google algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Moz.
  • Experience optimizing websites for both desktop and mobile.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and site speed optimization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
