Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the institution's standards
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and ensure compliance with food safety protocols
  • Assist in menu planning and recipe development
  • Oversee inventory, kitchen supplies, and food storage
  • Work collaboratively with the culinary and hospitality training staff

Requirements:
