We are looking for an experienced and confident
Senior Social Media Manager
who can lead brand strategies, manage client servicing, and create engaging content. The ideal candidate must be comfortable appearing on camera, representing the company, and building strong client relationships. This role is perfect for someone who combines creativity, communication, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to grow brand presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Lead client servicing: understand client requirements, build strong relationships, and ensure deliverables are met on time.
  • Appear confidently on camera for brand-related videos, reels, and live sessions.
  • Oversee content calendars, campaign planning, and performance tracking.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Stay updated with digital and social media trends to integrate into strategies.
  • Manage reporting and present performance results to clients and management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field (Master's is a plus).
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in social media management.
  • Excellent communication and client servicing skills.
  • Confidence and charisma to create on-camera video content.
  • Strong understanding of content creation, paid ads, and analytics.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to manage a team.
