We're on the lookout for a creative and strategic Social Media Content Creator to join our team If you live and breathe content, love staying ahead of trends, and know how to turn ideas into scroll-stopping visuals and videos — we'd love to meet you.

In this role, you'll be creating engaging content that connects with our audience, builds our brand, and drives real results across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and YouTube.

What you'll be doing:

  • Creating original content — from photos and videos to captions and graphics — that tells our story and speaks to our audience.
  • Working closely with our marketing team to make sure everything aligns with our campaigns, brand voice, and goals.
  • Staying on top of trends, hashtags, and platform updates to keep our content fresh and engaging.
  • Managing our content calendar and scheduling posts using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later.
  • Engaging with our followers by replying to comments and messages in a professional and friendly tone.
  • Tracking content performance and adjusting strategies based on what works.
  • Assisting in influencer collaborations and special campaigns.
  • Keeping an eye on competitors and industry trends to help us stay ahead.

What we're Looking For:

  • Experience in a similar role — content creator, social media coordinator, or digital marketer.
  • A strong understanding of all major social platforms and how content works on each.
  • Skills in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro.
  • Great writing and storytelling abilities — you know how to hook an audience.
  • Some hands-on experience with photography, videography, or creating content with just a smartphone.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills you're organized and can meet deadlines.
  • A creative thinker who's passionate about social media and digital storytelling.
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is a plus but not a deal breaker.

Nice to Have:

  • A basic understanding of SEO and content marketing.
  • Experience working with influencers or managing user-generated content (UGC).
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, or Sprout Social.
  • A good sense of branding, visual identity, and what makes a brand stand out.
