About the Company:

MGA Industries (Pvt.) LTD. is a reputed manufacturer and supplier of precision sheet metal components for the automotive sector. As we expand our operations, we are looking for a Procurement Executive to support our sourcing and procurement team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing raw materials and sheet metal parts from local and approved vendors.
  • Raise purchase orders and follow up with suppliers for timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with the production and stores teams for material planning.
  • Collect quotations and assist in cost comparisons.
  • Maintain procurement records and supplier data.
  • Support in vendor development and evaluation processes.
  • Assist in documentation as per quality and audit standards.

Candidate Profile:

  • Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Production / Supply Chain or related field.
  • Experience: 1–2 years in procurement, preferably in automotive or sheet metal industry.
  • Basic understanding of purchase processes, supplier follow-up and inventory terms.
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP / SAP systems.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment.
