Role Summary:

We're seeking an experienced
Lead Full Stack Developer
with deep expertise in
NestJS
and either
Angular or React
, capable of handling projects
end-to-end — from architecture to deployment
. The ideal candidate will be a
hands-on technical leader
with strong problem-solving, optimization, and SQA skills. You'll lead the development of scalable, high-performance web applications, guide team members, and continuously improve code quality and delivery standards across the stack.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of full-stack web applications using NestJS, Angular/React, and
• Architect and manage robust backend systems with PostgreSQL or MongoDB, leveraging TypeORM and other ORM tools.
• Implement RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration with third-party services and internal systems.
• Take complete ownership of the codebase — design, build, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality solutions.
• Apply strong SQA and testing methodologies to ensure stability, scalability, and reliability.
• Optimize performance through effective caching, database tuning, and code-level improvements.
• Lead and mentor developers, perform code reviews, and enforce coding and architecture best practices.
• Implement and maintain RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) and secure authentication mechanisms.
• Manage real-time communication features using WebSockets.
• Integrate Stripe payment systems and handle PDF generation/view functionality.
• Use Angular Material or modern UI frameworks for responsive, professional interfaces.
• Collaborate with product managers, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure on-time, high-quality releases.
• Continuously identify opportunities for automation, scalability, and process improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of full-stack development experience, preferably in enterprise-grade systems.
• Strong expertise in NestJS, , and backend system design.
• Proficiency in Angular (v12+) or , TypeScript, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and TypeORM (or similar ORM frameworks).
• Proven experience in code optimization, debugging, and performance enhancement.
• Strong understanding of SQA principles, test automation, and quality assurance workflows.
• Experience with RBAC, authentication/authorization, and API security.
• Familiarity with real-time features (WebSockets) and payment gateway integrations (Stripe).
• Hands-on experience with cache handling (server-side & client-side).
• Proficient with Git/GitHub, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead a small team effectively.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

Experience with microservices architecture, GraphQL, or Redis.

Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms.

Understanding of containerized environments and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Background in automation, AI-driven systems, or large-scale application development.

Experience with n8n, workflow automation, ETL would be plus.
