About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated 
Team Lead – Full Stack Developer
 to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will bring 
strong leadership, architectural insight, and hands-on expertise
 in building scalable web applications using 
Java (Spring Boot)
 on the backend and 

 on the frontend.

As a technical lead, you will be responsible for 
guiding a cross-functional team
, driving architectural and design decisions, ensuring development best practices, and delivering enterprise-grade, secure, and high-performing software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers, ensuring high-quality code, performance, and maintainability.
• Drive architectural decisions, establish coding standards, and oversee code reviews.
• Translate business and functional requirements into well-structured, scalable, and maintainable technical designs.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and QA teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of features.
• Evaluate and adopt new technologies, frameworks, and tools to continuously enhance development efficiency.

Full Stack Development

• Design and develop robust backend services and RESTful APIs using 
  Java (Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate)
  .
• Implement interactive and responsive front-end interfaces using 
  , Redux, and TypeScript/JavaScript
  .
• Ensure seamless integration between backend and frontend components.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance.
• Implement unit, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies to maintain code reliability.

DevOps & Best Practices

• Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD pipeline setup, containerization, and deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins).
• Enforce secure coding, data protection, and compliance with software security standards.
• Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies and actively participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Monitor application health, performance, and reliability through observability tools.

Required Skills & Experience

• Education
  : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience
  : 7+ years of professional software development experience, including 
  2+ years in a leadership or team lead capacity
  .
• Technical Expertise
  :
• Backend
  : Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, JPA/Hibernate, Microservices architecture.
• Frontend
  : , Redux, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, responsive UI design.
• Database
  : PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar RDBMS; knowledge of NoSQL (MongoDB) is a plus.
• Testing
  : JUnit, Mockito, Cypress, Jest, or similar frameworks.
• Version Control
  : Git, GitHub/GitLab, GitFlow.
• Build Tools
  : Maven/Gradle, Webpack.
• DevOps/Cloud
  : Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, AWS/Azure/GCP environments.
• Strong knowledge of 
  software design patterns, OOP principles
  , and 
  RESTful architecture
  .
• Hands-on experience in 
  Agile/Scrum development environments

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead teams, handle multiple priorities, and deliver under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in

• Exposure to

• Familiarity with

• Prior experience in
