Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Online Tutor located in Rawalpindi. The Online Tutor will be responsible for delivering customized tutoring sessions in various subjects, helping students understand and master curriculum materials, and providing feedback on their progress. The tutor will also prepare lesson plans, assess student performance, and adapt teaching methods to meet the learning styles of each student.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in subject matter expertise
  • Experience with curriculum development and lesson planning
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability
  • Technological proficiency, including familiarity with online teaching tools
  • Ability to engage students and foster a positive learning environment
  • Previous tutoring or teaching experience is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, subject area, or related field
