EZ MD Solutions is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic onsite team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer support in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from patients and healthcare providers in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Accurately document interactions and maintain up-to-date information in Electronic Health Records (EHR) and internal systems.
  • Assist patients with appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and resolving general queries related to healthcare services.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of patient concerns and efficient delivery of services.
  • Verify insurance details, billing information, and support related administrative tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations while handling patient information.
  • Stay updated on healthcare services, processes, and internal policies to provide accurate and consistent information.
  • Participate in quality assurance and training sessions to continuously improve service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the patient's experience and suggest process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing or call center role is a plus, especially in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM or EHR software systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with accuracy.
  • Commitment to maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing processes and technologies.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Rs50, Rs100,000.00 per month
