EZ MD Solutions is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic onsite team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer support in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from patients and healthcare providers in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Accurately document interactions and maintain up-to-date information in Electronic Health Records (EHR) and internal systems.
- Assist patients with appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and resolving general queries related to healthcare services.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of patient concerns and efficient delivery of services.
- Verify insurance details, billing information, and support related administrative tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations while handling patient information.
- Stay updated on healthcare services, processes, and internal policies to provide accurate and consistent information.
- Participate in quality assurance and training sessions to continuously improve service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the patient's experience and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or call center role is a plus, especially in the healthcare industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM or EHR software systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to multitask under pressure.
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with accuracy.
- Commitment to maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
- Willingness to adapt to changing processes and technologies.
