Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional service experience. The ideal candidate should have a polite, professional attitude and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
· Answer incoming customer calls and messages.
· Provide information regarding products, services, and orders.
· Resolve complaints efficiently with empathy and professionalism.
· Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth customer support.
Requirements:
· Excellent spoken and written English.
· Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
· Prior experience in a customer service or call center role preferred.
· Basic computer literacy (CRM or ticketing system knowledge is a plus).
· Must be comfortable working in UK shift hours.
