The
Admin & Security Officer
is responsible to manage, develop, implement, and evaluate companywide security and risk management program as per security manual guidelines of Ingredion sites to ensure security of facility, employees, visitors, and assets for the plant in coordination with Manager Admin & Security. This includes regular liaison with civic, law enforcing agencies, internal & external stakeholders. He will be responsible to ensure all security surveillance off CWP site through security on site force and CCTV surveillance.

Core Responsibilities
Security Surveillance & Risk Identification –

• Regular security watch over for assuring best security tight control in CWP site along with unmanned areas surveillance through CCTV.
• Identify Security risks and analyze data received from both external and internal sources and advise management on risk mitigation plan.
• Liaison all security related investigation of security breaches and work in coordinating with Manger admin & Security & Legal team. Also ensure maintenance of all security related equipment installed in assigned locations.

Technology upgrade –

• Oversee and provide direction for major security related projects and physical security technologies including but not limited to; various keys access systems, alarm systems, video surveillance systems (CCTV) and various other security related systems.

Trainings –

• Develop and implements a security training policy and ensure appropriate steps are taken to ensure security compliance. Provides frequent communications to the Management concerning security.

Corporate Security –

• Evaluating current security situation on ongoing basis and bringing improvement in controls that will ensure robust and highest level of security to employees, visitors, and assets at the plant.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to preempt security concerns and take appropriate measures to effectively manage crises situation.
• Identifying risks and analyze data received from both external and internal sources and advise management on risk mitigation plan.
• Providing leadership on various security and public relations committees acting in an advisory capacity.
• Developing and implementing a security training policy and ensuring appropriate steps are taken to ensure security compliance.

Engagement –

• Working with Plant Management team to develop and implement identified actions plans.
• Supporting Leadership Team in embedding Company's Vision, Mission, Corporate Policies on Business Conduct, Environment, Health & Safety, Functional SOPs, Suppliers Code of Conduct, Systems and local policies and procedures at the site

Mandatory Requirements
Qualified candidates will have:

• Bachelors Degree in Public Administration with 8 + years of relevant experience.
• Proven Admin & Security experience at a manufacturing facility

• Operate with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to interact with all levels of the organization and across multiple functions.
• Strong project management, presentation, communication, and coaching skills.
• Ex-Army / Armed Forces personal with post-retirement relevant manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply
