Job Overview:

The Admin and Security Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring the security of our facility.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Security Surveillance:
    • Regularly monitor security cameras to ensure tight control over the facility.
    • Identify potential security risks and analyze data from internal and external sources.
    • Liaise with management to coordinate security-related investigations and implement risk mitigation plans.
  • Technology Management:
    • Oversee the installation and maintenance of security technologies, including access systems, alarm systems, and video surveillance systems.
  • Training and Development:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive security training program to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Crisis Management:
    • Evaluate the current security situation and implement measures to prevent crises situations.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
    Mandatory Requirements:
    • A Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or a related field.
    • No less than 8 years of relevant experience in administration and security.
    Desirable Skills:
    • Results-driven individual with strong project management skills.
    • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
    • Strong communication and coaching skills.
    • Results oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
