About the Role

We're looking for a data-savvy and creatively driven Growth Marketing Manager. Someone who can own acquisition, lifecycle, and retention strategies for our fintech and proptech clients. This is a hands-on role where you'll drive customer growth across paid media, CRM, funnels, and re-engagement loops.

You'll be working at the intersection of finance and real estate technology, helping scale digital-first products ranging from payment apps and BNPL platforms to property marketplaces and smart building solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing & Acquisition

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and industry-relevant platforms (LinkedIn for proptech, finance blogs/affiliates for fintech).
• Own channel mix strategy, budgets, targeting, and CAC goals.
• Run A/B tests on copy, creatives, hooks, and placements to improve ROAS and sign-up/lead conversions.
• Launch new experiments to identify breakout growth angles and scalable audiences.

Tracking, Attribution & Reporting

• Implement conversion tracking across apps, web, and CRM events.
• Manage attribution with GA4, Adjust, and Meta Events Manager.
• Build dashboards and run weekly performance reviews to track CAC, LTV, and funnel health.
• Collaborate with Product/Tech to ensure accurate tracking of user actions (loan applications, property listings, sign-ups, transactions).

Funnels, Landing Pages & CRO

• Partner with design and content teams to create campaign-specific landing pages.
• Optimize key fintech and proptech funnels (e.g., mortgage calculators, rent lead forms, payment sign-up flows).
• Suggest iterative improvements to reduce drop-offs and increase conversion rates.

Lifecycle Marketing & Retention

• Build lifecycle journeys with email, push notifications, and in-app engagement.
• Automate campaigns around user behavior (onboarding, loan/transaction completion, property view follow-ups, churn win-back).
• Collaborate with CRM teams to increase LTV while balancing acquisition economics.
• Leverage Hubspot, , or similar tools to run tests and optimize journeys.

What You'll Need to Bring

• 4–8 years of experience in growth/performance marketing in fintech, proptech, marketplaces, E-commerce, real estate, or app-based businesses.
• Proven track record of scaling campaigns profitably and lowering CAC.
• Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, GA4, Adjust, and attribution models.
• Experience with CRM tools like Hubspot or for retention campaigns.
• Data-driven decision-making skills paired with creative storytelling instincts.
• Strong understanding of fintech and proptech growth metrics, including:
• CAC vs. LTV tracking
• Funnel conversions
• Property lead-gen, tenant/agent acquisition, occupancy rates
• Experience with international campaigns, multi-language audiences, or regulated industries is a strong plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Important Details

• This is a full-time remote position based in Pakistan
• Working hours align with UAE time zone (~10AM to 7PM Pakistan time)
• You'll be employed by Fivestaff Pakistan and work closely with one of our client companies
