Role Overview

As an Email Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing our outbound email campaigns, optimizing our email marketing automation, and ensuring engagement with potential leads. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of email marketing strategies, particularly in cold email outreach and lead conversion. You will play a key role in driving our sales pipeline and ensuring consistent follow-ups across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn and other outreach channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute high-impact email marketing campaigns targeting prospective clients.
  • Utilize email marketing tools such as Instantly, Active Campaign, and MailChimp to create, schedule, and track campaigns.
  • Craft compelling email copy and templates to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Monitor email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, response rates) and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
  • Manage and maintain email lists, segmentation, and CRM records to ensure accurate targeting and outreach.
  • Follow up on leads generated through email campaigns and engage them via LinkedIn and other professional networks.
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM Act.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Utilize project management tools (Trello, ClickUp, or similar) to track campaign progress and coordinate follow-ups efficiently.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in email marketing, preferably in a B2B sales-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in email automation platforms (e.g., Instantly, Active Campaign, MailChimp).
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive emails.
  • Experience in CRM tools and lead tracking (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar is a plus).
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Basic understanding of LinkedIn outreach strategies for lead nurturing.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to analyze email performance metrics and implement improvements accordingly.
  • Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to evolving email marketing trends.
