Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Manager located in Sahiwal. The Field Manager will oversee daily operations within specific divisions, manage field staff, ensure project timelines are met, and coordinate with different departments to maintain production efficiency. The role involves supervising quality control procedures, addressing and resolving operational issues, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. Regular reporting and updates on field activities and progress are essential part of the job.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in field sales/area management, preferably in the tableware or crockery sector
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in operations management and project coordination
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
