About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Java SpringBoot Engineer with a strong background in Java programming and development to join our dynamic team. As a Java Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining high-quality software applications and systems using Java technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, develop efficient solutions, and ensure smooth project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement scalable and robust software applications using Java technologies.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to maintain code standards and improve overall development quality.
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and technical issues promptly to ensure smooth application operation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, and quality assurance professionals, to analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Write well-designed, efficient, and maintainable code using Java programming best practices.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure software quality, performance, and reliability.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in Java development and actively apply them in project work.
• Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the continuous enhancement of development methodologies.

Java Engineer Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Java Engineer with 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Java programming and development.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is desirable.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and build tools (e.g., Maven, Gradle).
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies, Agile practices, and the full software development lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of core Java concepts, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Experience in developing web-based applications using Java frameworks like Springboot.
• Proficiency in working with databases, such as MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL OR MongoDB
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders and team members.
• A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a keen interest in continuous learning and professional growth.
• Ability to lead and take ownership of project and team when required.
