Position Overview

As a
Backend Developer
, you'll be responsible for building the APIs, data layers, and automation logic that power our CRM, ERP, and SaaS ecosystems. You'll collaborate with frontend, AI, and integration teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance backend systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain
    RESTful APIs
    and backend services for CRM, ERP, and SaaS platforms.
  • Integrate external systems such as
    Zoho, Odoo, HubSpot, Stripe, and Twilio
    via APIs.
  • Develop
    custom automation workflows
    and middleware using
    .NET Core
    and

    .
  • Work with
    NoSQL databases
    (MongoDB, Firebase, DynamoDB) and relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) where needed.
  • Optimize performance, data flow, and security across multi-system architectures.
  • Collaborate with frontend teams to deliver dashboards, portals, and data APIs.
  • Document and maintain integration logic and deployment workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years
    of professional backend development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in
    .NET Core (C#)
    and/or

    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    NoSQL databases
    (MongoDB, Firebase, or DynamoDB).
  • Excellent understanding of
    REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON, and OAuth authentication.
  • Experience integrating
    CRM/ERP systems
    like Zoho, Odoo, or Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with
    cloud deployment
    (Azure, AWS, or DigitalOcean).
  • Strong debugging, documentation, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of
    microservices architecture
    and
    serverless functions
    (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions).
  • Experience with
    Docker
    and
    CI/CD pipelines
    (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
  • Exposure to
    workflow automation
    platforms like
    Make, n8n, or Zoho Flow.
  • Understanding of
    AI-driven automation
    or data pipelines is a plus.
