Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell company projects and services to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and customer service.
  • Schedule client meetings.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and project knowledge.
  • Represent the company professionally at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales (real estate experience is a plus but not mandatory).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Confidence, self-motivation, and a positive attitude.
