We are now expanding our paid media team and looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist who can manage high-budget accounts and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, Click-to-Call).

Handle large-scale ad accounts with monthly budgets exceeding $50,000+.

Conduct deep keyword research, audience targeting, and conversion optimization.

Analyze campaign data, create performance reports, and suggest actionable improvements.

Collaborate with the design and development teams to improve website conversion rate and CTR.

Execute and oversee campaigns across META (Facebook, Instagram) and other social media platforms.

Suggest and implement design and UX improvements that enhance ad performance.

Stay updated on the latest trends in paid media, tracking tools, and automation strategies.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns in an agency environment.

Proven experience handling Click-to-Call and lead-generation-based campaigns.

Strong understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, META Ads Manager, and related tools.

Demonstrated ability to manage high-budget campaigns and deliver consistent ROI.

Knowledge of landing page design principles and experience improving CTR and conversion rates.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data.

A portfolio or case studies showcasing previous campaign results is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

Experience with multi-provider / multi-location campaigns.

Familiarity with affiliate marketing, reseller campaigns, or telecom lead generation is a plus.

Knowledge of Figma, Canva, or WordPress for landing page optimization.
