We are seeking an AI Workflow Automation Specialist
(Night Shift)
to design, build, and optimize automated workflows across our business and clients' systems. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise and leadership skills. You will be responsible for connecting tools, setting up workflows, and streamlining operations using platforms such as n8n (preferred), Zapier, or Make, as well as custom API integrations when necessary.

This role is ideal for someone who loves solving operational inefficiencies and can create scalable automations that save time and reduce manual work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage end-to-end automations using n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar platforms.
  • Connect and integrate various SaaS tools, CRMs, databases, and APIs.
  • Map business processes and translate them into automated workflows.
  • Troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize existing workflows for performance and reliability.
  • Create documentation for workflows to ensure maintainability.
  • Collaborate with business teams to identify automation opportunities.
  • Implement data handling, error management, and alerts within workflows.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with n8n (preferred), Zapier, and Make.
  • Strong understanding of API integrations, webhooks, and data flows.
  • Basic programming/scripting knowledge (JavaScript or Python preferred).
  • Ability to design logical workflow structures and handle branching logic.
  • Experience in automating CRMs, marketing platforms, email, and databases.
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
