We are looking for an experienced and innovative 
AI Automation Engineer
 to design, develop, and deploy intelligent automation solutions across our business processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with artificial intelligence, machine learning, and RPA tools, and will play a key role in streamlining operations through advanced automation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and deploy AI-driven automation workflows to improve business processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements.
  • Develop and maintain intelligent bots using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
  • Integrate machine learning models into automation pipelines using platforms like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Azure ML.
  • Automate data extraction, transformation, and analysis processes using NLP and OCR.
  • Implement and monitor AI solutions to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot automation failures and enhance existing workflows for scalability.
  • Document processes, design workflows, and support change management activities.
  • Stay updated with advancements in AI and automation to continuously improve systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in automation and/or AI engineering roles.
  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar programming languages.
  • Experience with RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML techniques and frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow).
  • Experience with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with chatbot frameworks (Dialogflow, Rasa, etc.).
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Exposure to data visualization and business intelligence tools.
  • Knowledge of secure coding practices and data privacy regulations.
