Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and proactive Gen Z Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in both Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Social Media Marketing (SMM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving our organic visibility and driving engagement across social platforms, helping to grow traffic, brand awareness, and leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies (on-page & off-page)
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, images, and URLs for search engines
  • Perform regular SEO audits and recommend actionable improvements
  • Build high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building techniques
  • Monitor and analyze site performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.
  • Collaborate with developers and content creators to ensure SEO best practices
  • Create, schedule, and publish content across major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, etc.)
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns that align with marketing goals
  • Engage with followers, respond to queries, and manage online reputation
  • Run and optimize paid ad campaigns on platforms like Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn
  • Track and report on social media performance using insights and analytics tools
  • Stay updated on the latest social media and digital marketing trends

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of proven experience in SEO and/or SMM / Sharp Freshies can apply too
  • Solid understanding of Google algorithms, search engine ranking factors, and keyword strategy
  • Experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, etc.)
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite)
  • Familiarity with basic graphic tools like Canva or Adobe Spark
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress is a plus

Nice to Have:

  • Google Analytics or HubSpot certifications
  • Experience with basic video editing (Reels, Shorts)
  • Knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Sendinblue, etc.)
