Experience: 3-5 years' Experience in Blood Banking

Qualification: BS MLT/MSC MLT or at least graduate in lab sciences preferably immunohematology.

Skills:

  • Able to performed routine and special blood banking
  • Good command on QA in blood banking including reagents, equipment, fridges, freezers Blood products.
  • Able to Performed Routine ABO, Rh Typing and DAT with tube and gel technique.
  • Red cell alloantibody screening and Identification.
  • Red cell phenotyping.
  • All Blood bank product preparation packed cell, FFP, Platelets, Cryoprecipitate and washed packed cells.
  • Antibody Titer
  • Complete Knowledge and experience of internal and external Audits
  • Good command on transfusion reaction investigation and deal with panic critical situation when any major incidenthappened.
  • Should know about Emergency Release protocol
  • Command on MS. Office ( Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Good experience in Camp Management.
