Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Karāchi for a Security Supervisor. The role involves overseeing daily security operations, supervising security personnel, and ensuring compliance with company security protocols. The Security Supervisor will be responsible for managing physical security measures, monitoring facilities to prevent and respond to potential security incidents, and coordinating with team members and clients to ensure service quality. Additional responsibilities include training and mentoring staff, maintaining incident reports, and collaborating with management to improve operations when needed.

  • Strong Supervisory Skills and ability to lead and manage teams effectively
  • Knowledge and experience in Physical Security practices and principles
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and staff
  • Operations Management skills to oversee and optimize security procedures
  • Attention to detail and ability to respond quickly and effectively to incidents
  • Experience in conflict resolution and problem-solving
  • Proficiency in maintaining and reviewing incident reports
  • Relevant certifications in security or management fields are a plus
