These activities are aimed at uplifting small industries and preserving traditional craftsmanship, thus supporting community-based economic growth and cultural heritage.

Role Description

The Punjab Small Industries Corporation (PSIC) is operating the Women Resource Center and Incubators (WRC) project, which is already functional. To enhance its effectiveness and align it with best practices of leading incubation centers, PSIC is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Consultant.

The Consultant will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational management to scale up the WRC, transforming it into a premier hub for women-led startups. This role will also be a key component in a new initiative where the Project Director will work directly with the Regional Director (RD) to develop the WRC as a model case study, paving the way for replication of similar centers across Punjab.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Entrepreneurship, Technology, Economics, or a related field. (Foreign qualification preferred).

Experience

Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience, with at least 1-2 years in a senior leadership role within an incubator, startup, venture capital firm, SME development project, or technology-focused organization.
