Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and proactive CCTV Camera Monitoring Officer to oversee surveillance operations and ensure smooth functioning of the camera system. The ideal candidate will have basic technical knowledge of CCTV systems, DVR functions, and problem-solving skills, along with strong observation and reporting abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor live CCTV camera feeds to ensure hygiene, discipline, and attendance compliance.
  • Regularly review recorded footage as per management instructions.
  • Identify, record, and report any suspicious activity, operational issues, or policy violations.
  • Maintain daily observation and incident reports in clear written English.
  • Handle DVR system operations, troubleshoot minor technical issues, and escalate technical faults when needed.
  • Ensure proper camera functionality and coordinate with technical support for maintenance.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all video data and reports.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of CCTV camera applications, DVR usage, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Good English reading and writing skills (for reporting and documentation).
  • Strong observation and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly.
  • Prior experience in CCTV monitoring or a related field will be an advantage.
