Job Description:

  • Monitor live CCTV surveillance of depots, retail outlets, terminals, and corporate premises to ensure safety and security compliance.
  • Identify and promptly report suspicious activities, security breaches, or unsafe behaviours to the Security/HSSE department.
  • Maintain incident logs, footage archives, and daily monitoring reports as per company policy.
  • Conduct regular system checks to ensure all cameras, NVR/DVRs, and recording systems are functioning properly.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and coordinate with IT or vendors for timely maintenance and repairs.
  • Retrieve, review, and share CCTV footage for investigations, audits, or management reviews while ensuring data confidentiality.
  • Support the Security and HSSE teams during emergency situations and assist in loss prevention investigations.
  • Observe compliance with HSSE policies at fuel stations and depots, highlighting unsafe acts or non-compliance.
  • Participate in security awareness sessions, drills, and training programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
  • Diploma/Certification in CCTV Operations, IT, or Security Systems will be preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience as a CCTV Operator or in a similar role. Experience in OMC, industrial, or corporate security environment preferred.
  • Proficiency with IP-based CCTV systems, NVR/DVR operation, and video management software.
  • Strong observation, reporting, and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in rotational shifts.
