HR Internship (Recruitment & Onboarding) - UNPAID

Location: On-site – Raja Market, New Garden Town, Lahore

Timings: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (5 days a week)

About Us:

PROFYD Pvt Ltd is a global online tutoring company serving students across the UK, USA, Canada, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand. We are expanding our HR team and looking for a motivated internee who is eager to learn and grow in Human Resource Management.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Assist HR team in recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
• Support onboarding of new hires, including documentation and orientation.
• Maintain candidate databases and HR records.
• Coordinate with different departments for recruitment needs.
• Contribute to HR projects and process improvements.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must have a degree in progress or completed (BBA preferred, but all Business, HR, or related degrees/courses are eligible).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain.
