We're Hiring SEO Specialist (Mid-Level) at Mohsin Designs

About Us:

Mohsin Designs is looking for a Mid-Level SEO Specialist to strengthen our growing digital marketing team. If you have a passion for driving organic traffic, improving search engine rankings, and optimizing websites for performance, this role is perfect for you. We're seeking someone hands-on, data-driven, and always updated with the latest SEO trends.

Location: PECHS Block 3, Karachi

Timings: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

As an SEO Specialist at Mohsin Designs, you will:

→Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase traffic, rankings, and online visibility.

→Conduct in-depth keyword research to discover new opportunities and optimize existing content.

→Optimize website structure and content through technical, on-page, and off-page SEO best practices.

→Perform technical SEO audits (site speed, crawlability, mobile-friendliness, schema markup) and share actionable recommendations.

→Manage link-building campaigns by identifying high-quality backlink opportunities and building strong relationships.

→Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.

→Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all projects.

→Conduct competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

→ Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly.

→ Create regular SEO reports and dashboards with insights and recommendations.

→ Suggest SEO-friendly content ideas for blogs, landing pages, and metadata optimization.

→ Support Local SEO efforts, including Google Business Profile optimization and local citation management.

What We're Looking For

Experience:
3-5 years of proven SEO experience (technical, on-page, and off-page).

Skills:
Strong knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Search Console).

Technical SEO:
Proficiency in site audits, crawling/indexing, structured data, and Core Web Vitals.

On-Page SEO
: Ability to optimize blogs, landing pages, metadata, and internal linking strategies.

Off-Page SEO:
Hands-on experience in link building, outreach, and improving domain authority.

Mindset:
Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-focused.

Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
