Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior HR Executive to manage and strengthen our company's HR operations. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compliance, ensuring a positive and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment and onboarding for various levels across departments.
  • Prepare, maintain, and update payroll, attendance, and leave records.
  • Address employee grievances and resolve workplace conflicts.
  • Conduct exit interviews and oversee the separation process.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training and development needs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
  • Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Promote a healthy and inclusive work culture through engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare periodic HR reports such as turnover, hiring trends, and employee performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or master's degree in human resource management (BBA/MBA HR).
  • Minimum 4 years of HR experience in a similar capacity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS software.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll and employee management.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs55, Rs65,000.00 per month
