We are seeking a
high-performing Sales Closer
with proven expertise in closing
enterprise SaaS deals
within the
Fintech and KYC/AML/RegTech
domain. This role requires an individual who thrives in high-stakes negotiations, understands compliance-driven sales, and consistently exceeds revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the
    end-to-end sales closing process
    – from proposal to final contract sign-off.
  • Engage with
    C-level executives, compliance heads, and decision-makers
    in Fintech, Banking, and RegTech industries.
  • Effectively articulate the value proposition of
    KYC, AML, and compliance SaaS solutions
    to global clients.
  • Develop and implement
    closing strategies
    to shorten the sales cycle.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to successfully finalize deals.
  • Collaborate with the
    sales development, pre-sales, and product teams
    to ensure smooth deal transitions.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly
    sales closing targets
    .

Requirements:

  • Proven
    3–7 years
    of experience in
    closing SaaS enterprise sales deals
    (preferably Fintech, RegTech, or Compliance SaaS).
  • Strong track record of
    meeting/exceeding quotas
    in closing roles.
  • Deep understanding of
    KYC, AML, Identity Verification, or Compliance SaaS solutions
    .
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and
    deal-closing
    skills.
  • Ability to build trust and manage
    C-level relationships
    across international markets.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to tailor solutions based on client pain points.
