About Us: We are a global organisation dedicated to impactful projects that inspire and engage. To strengthen our online presence and outreach, we are looking for a Digital Content&Marketing Executive to manage website content, email campaigns, and online marketing initiatives. Role Overview: The Digital Content & Marketing will be responsible for maintaining website content, managing mail shots, and executing digital marketing activities. This role requires someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to balance creativity with technical know-how. Key Responsibilities:  Upload, update, and optimise content across our websites (text, images, documents, videos).  Ensure website content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines.  Plan, design, and send regular mail shots (mass emails) using platforms such as Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, or similar.  Monitor email campaign performance, analyse results, and refine strategies to improve open/click rates.  Support online marketing activities including SEO, social media campaigns, and digital promotions.  Assist in creating landing pages and digital assets for campaigns.  Collaborate with designers, writers, and other team members to deliver cohesive digital content.  Stay up to date with best practices in content management, email marketing, and digital engagement. Requirements:  Proven experience in digital content management and/or digital marketing.  Proficiency with website content management systems (CMS such as WordPress, Drupal, or similar).  Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, HubSpot).  Understanding of SEO principles and online marketing strategies.  Strong written and verbal communication skills.  Basic design or editing skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, or similar) are a plus.  Analytical mindset with the ability to measure campaign success and adjust accordingly.  Self-motivated, well-organised, and able to manage multiple projects remotely. Preferred Qualities:  Familiarity with Google Analytics or other web analytics tools.  Experience in A/B testing for emails or landing pages.  Knowledge of paid online advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
