About Us:

Gunness & Associates is a leading Canadian immigration consultancy dedicated to helping individuals and families successfully navigate the path to permanent residency, work permits, study permits, and other immigration solutions. We are now expanding our digital reach and looking for a results-driven Digital Marketer who can not only manage paid campaigns across multiple platforms but also craft conversion-driven sales content that generates quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube Ads
  • Develop and execute organic social media growth strategies across relevant platforms
  • Analyze ad performance and implement strategies for lead generation and ROI improvement
  • Write high-converting sales content for:
  • Ad copies
  • Landing pages
  • Video scripts
  • Social media creatives and promotional posts
  • Emails campaigns
  • Collaborate with our design and development teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding
  • A/B test ad creatives, headlines, and landing page elements to improve performance
  • Provide regular performance reports and data-driven insights

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing and performance ads (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Proven experience in organic online growth and social media marketing
  • Strong portfolio of high-conversion ad copies, landing pages, or sales content
  • Deep understanding of audience targeting, lead generation funnels, and conversion tracking
  • Excellent English writing skills with a creative and persuasive tone
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Comfortable working EST timezone hours (8 hours/day)
  • Fast and reliable internet connection for remote work
  • Strong work ethic and a performance-driven mindset

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory):

  • Experience in Canadian immigration or service-based industries
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Suite CRM, Mailchimp, etc.)
