Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT & Social Media Support Assistant located in Karāchi. The IT & Social Media Support Assistant will be responsible for creating social media content, managing social media platforms, supporting social media marketing efforts, and ensuring seamless communication. Additionally, the role involves writing and updating relevant content to engage with our audience across various channels.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of computers & Windows
  • Familiar with networking and printers
  • Good communication skills
  • Make
    soft calls
    and handle client communication
  • Comfortable with social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)

Qualifications

  • Experience in Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Management
  • Skills in Social Media Marketing
  • Strong Communication and Writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency with IT support and troubleshooting will be an advantage
  • Bachelor / Intermediate
