Source Code Academia is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team on-site. In this role, you will shape our visual brand by designing clear, engaging graphics for marketing and communications (print collateral, digital ads, social media content, and basic motion media). Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and design innovative brand graphics and marketing materials, ensuring all visuals (brochures, flyers, social posts, banners, etc.) are on-brand and compelling.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions.
  • Create layouts and visual assets for print and digital media (social graphics, email templates, presentation decks, etc.), applying clear typography and composition.
  • Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all materials, including logos, color schemes, and style guides.
  • Produce basic motion graphics or animated elements (e.g. GIFs, short videos) for web and social campaigns.
  • Manage multiple design projects and deadlines, communicating progress and adapting quickly to feedback.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 1 year of professional graphic design experience.
  • Technical Skills: Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with basic animation tools (After Effects or similar) is a plus.
  • Design Skills: Strong understanding of layout principles, typography, and color theory, with an eye for detail and visual clarity.
  • Portfolio: A compelling design portfolio or work samples that showcase creativity in branding and marketing materials.
  • Experience with Digital Media: Proven ability to create graphics for social media and web, adapting designs to different platforms and formats.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset; able to present ideas clearly and work well with team members.
  • Organization: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
