Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Post job openings, source candidates, and coordinate interviews. Manage the recruitment process from screening to onboarding to ensure a smooth and positive experience for new hires.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Welcome new employees with comprehensive orientation and training. Handle exit procedures and conduct exit interviews to gather feedback.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a friendly point of contact for staff queries and concerns. Foster a supportive environment by addressing employee needs, mediating issues, and promoting open communication.
  • Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs or workshops. Support continuous professional development by organizing learning opportunities for team members.
  • Policy Implementation & Compliance: Help implement and update HR policies and procedures in line with local labor laws and company values. Ensure the workplace is fair, inclusive, and compliant with all regulations.
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration: Assist in preparing payroll, maintaining attendance and leave records, and ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursement. Coordinate benefits administration, including health, leave, and other employee entitlements.
  • Record Keeping & Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and HR documentation. Manage HR systems and data with confidentiality and attention to detail.
